Josh checks in through the project to make sure it is going the way you expected, not just at the start and the end. Then he follows up after completion - to confirm the finish is holding, that nothing has failed, and that you would have us back.
Tell us what it is doing, not just what it is
A few details make the first visit far more useful. Worth mentioning if you can:
- Roughly when the property was built, and when it was last painted.
- Anything cracking, peeling, chalking or soft to the touch.
- Whether it is a house, a business or a whole property.
What happens after you send this
We get back to you within one business day and set up a time to come out. The visit is free and nothing is attached to it. Josh looks at the surfaces, checks the elevations that take the weather, and tells you what he would actually do — including when the honest answer is that the house does not need the job you thought it did, or that what it needs first is a repair rather than a coat of paint.
You get one written number from that visit, covering the whole job, rather than a figure over the phone. Square footage alone doesn’t tell anyone how much prep a house needs, and prep is exactly what decides the price. Photos and rough measurements help, but they aren’t required.
Not sure what to ask for yet? The two things people most often turn out to need are an exterior repaint and the stucco or siding repair that should come before it, and the FAQ answers are worth reading before you spend anything.
